• The placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
• Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
• By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through Stripe.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with your purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that we suspect are fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy (Section 4) for complete details. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

1.9 Intellectual Property

1.18 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@twistable.shop. Any unresolved disputes shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Kansas.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: All claims must be arbitrated on an individual basis. You and twisTABLE each waive the right to a trial by jury.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@twistable.shop within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Site.

1.19–1.23 General Provisions

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in Kansas courts.

Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

3.1 All Sales Are Final

All purchases from twisTABLE are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in shipping or is materially defective:

• Inspect all items upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
• Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will evaluate the claim and, at our sole discretion, arrange a replacement.
• Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the claim is resolved.

This applies only to items damaged by the carrier or with manufacturing defects. It does not apply to natural material variations, color differences due to monitors, or buyer’s remorse.

3.3 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
